The Organiser reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that:

Participants can:

Participation does not guarantee:
  • Financing
  • Investment

The Organiser acts solely as a facilitator.

Participants agree to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate information.
  • Behave professionally and respectfully.
  • Use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
  • Respect intellectual property rights.
  • Comply with applicable laws.

Participants are solely responsible for the information they publish and decisions they make based on platform interactions.

Participants may upload and promote projects.

By submitting a project participants confirm:
  • They own or have the right to publish the information.
  • The information is accurate to the best of their knowledge.
  • The publication does not infringe third-party rights.
The Organiser does not verify:
  • Technical feasibility
  • Financial viability
  • Investment readiness
  • Legal compliance
  • Commercial potential

BEConnect facilitates online and in-person networking and B2B matchmaking based on participant interests and preferences.

The Organiser does not guarantee:
  • Number of meetings
  • Compatibility between participants
  • Investment outcomes
  • Successful negotiations
  • Commercial agreements

BEConnect is not an investment platform, broker or financial adviser.

Nothing presented constitutes:

Discussions and exchanged materials are considered non-confidential unless participants agree otherwise.

Participants wishing to exchange confidential information are encouraged to sign separate NDAs.

All uploaded documentation, trademarks, logos and other materials remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

Participants grant the Organiser a non-exclusive worldwide royalty-free licence solely for operating and promoting the platform.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.

Photographs, audio and video recordings may be taken during BEConnect events for reporting and promotional purposes unless participants notify the Organiser in writing beforehand.

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the BEConnect Privacy Notice.

Participation in BEConnect is entirely at the participant's own risk.
